Valley Irrigation, makers of precision irrigation, has redesigned its website, at www.ValleyIrrigation.com, to better serve its customers.
The new website makes it easy to research a product or contact a Valley dealer. Growers can find product brochures, videos, owners’ manuals and all the resources needed to make informed irrigation decisions.
The site also includes a section on Valley control technology options for precision irrigation machines, which allow growers to control their pivots remotely, saving time and money by eliminating the need to physically visit fields.
Other features on the new site include a return-on-investment calculator for determining the benefits of a corner purchase, podcasts, a photo gallery, company information and irrigation management solutions.
Verdesian Life Sciences Acquires INTX Microbials
Verdesian Life Sciences, LLC, which is a part of the global private equity investment firm of Paine & Partners that specializes in the food and agribusiness industry, recently announced that it has acquired INTX Microbials, LLC, a provider of inoculant, seed treatment and biological growth enhancement products.
INTX’s innovative products are used in agricultural crops including peanuts, soybeans, pulse and forage crops, specialty crops and cereals. INTX’s inoculant, seed treatment and biological growth enhancement products, which include both conventional as well as OMRI‐certified products, align well with Verdesian’s portfolio of plant health, biological and nutrition offerings. With manufacturing capabilities in Kentland, IN, and Wichita, KS, INTX has a strong track record of producing high quality product solutions for its customers.

INTX will operate as a subsidiary of Verdesian for the remainder of 2013 and will transition into Verdesian in 2014.
